Information we process

We process your SteamID64, public profile name and avatar, provider statistics you request, verified match participants and performance, reviews, moderation requests, and operational timestamps. Authentication and match sharing codes are encrypted on the server. We do not collect Steam passwords or Steam Guard codes.

Purposes and access

Steam identity secures your account. Match data establishes shared play. Reviews support community discussion; moderation records protect integrity. Security controls use short-lived IP-based rate limits and session metadata. Public profiles and reviews are visible unless restricted; access codes, private dashboards, and administration are never public.

We contact Steam, FACEIT, and Leetify to retrieve requested information. These services apply their own privacy and access rules. Avatar images may be loaded from Steam's image servers, which receive your browser's network request. We do not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Storage and retention

Sessions expire after two hours and stale session records are pruned after 48 hours. Expired OpenID nonces are pruned daily. Failed queue records are pruned after seven days. Stale provider snapshots are pruned after 30 days. Removed reviews are permanently deleted after 90 days. Administrative audit logs are retained for up to 365 days. Active reviews and their match evidence remain while needed for publication and integrity, subject to erasure rights and specific legal holds.

Disconnecting deletes stored match-access codes immediately and disables further imports. Existing shared match records and published reviews remain subject to privacy and moderation processes. Backups must be encrypted and rotated on a 30-day cycle by the hosting operator; approved erasures must be reapplied after restoration.

Your controls and rights

In Settings & Privacy you can download account data, hide your public profile, and request correction, erasure, restriction, or objection. You can disconnect match access and revoke your code on Steam. Rights requests do not depend on review moderation approval. The operator verifies identity, records the applicable legal basis, and responds within the period required by applicable law.
